Newport Beach, Calif. - - Today Diane Dixon announced raising almost $200,000 for her campaign for reelection during the most recent reporting period. Official records filed with the California Secretary of State’s office will show Dixon raising $187,199 during the latest reporting period for the 2024 election from January 1, 2023-June 30, 2023.
Known for her prolific fundraising ability Diane Dixon continues to be one of the top Republican fundraisers in the state of California. During her previous two Assembly campaigns Assemblywoman Diane Dixon raised and spent $700,000 in 2020 and approximately $800,000 in 2022.
“I’ve worked extremely hard to prove to my supporters that I am someone worth investing in to change the direction of California,” said Assemblywoman Dixon. “I’ve built a fundraising machine from the ground up so that I can communicate with voters in my district about the hard work I’m doing for them in Sacramento and that we can elect like-minded individuals throughout the region and throughout California.”
Assemblywoman Diane Dixon dedicated her life to public service after serving as a business executive in the private sector for 40 years. Dixon was elected to the Newport Beach City Council in 2014 and twice served as the City’s Mayor. Elected to the state legislature in 2022 after new Assembly Districts we drawn, Diane Dixon has been a key supporter of legislation to increase penalties on criminals, fiscal restraint in our state budget and building a stronger economy.
