Republican Diane Dixon Gains Another Key Endorsement in Campaign for the State Assembly – New Majority Orange County Endorses Dixon

Newport Beach, Calif. – – Today Diane Dixon reported receiving the endorsement of the New Majority Orange County in her campaign for the open 72nd Assembly District. The influential organization is considered a key endorsement in Orange County politics.

Orange County New Majority Interim Chair Steve Craig was complementary of Dixon’s record as a Newport Beach City Councilmember in announcing the organization’s endorsement, “We are thrilled to support Diane Dixon to represent Assembly District 72. As a Newport Beach City Council member, fiscal responsibility and government transparency have marked her service. The newly drawn 72nd Assembly District was drawn along the coast of Orange County and includes the cities of Aliso Viejo, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Lake Forest, Newport Beach and Seal Beach.
